Welcome to Sacramento's first ever MMA and CrossFit training facility. We specialize in Kickboxing, Muay Thai Boxing, Western Boxing, Wrestling, Self-Defense, Submission Grappling, and the all superior, strength and conditioning program, called CrossFit. Whether you want to train like the pro's, fight professionally, or just workout and get in shape, we have what you are looking for.
